After serving four years in the U.S. Navy, Ali Amini relocated to the Outer Banks to become a principal partner with ICR-SAGA. Here he uses his work experience, discipline and organization skills to oversee our Outer Banks construction projects. His primary objectives are accurate job estimates, strict budgetary controls and effective job scheduling. Our clients benefit from a three-tier management structure to ensure high quality homes with a timely home delivery schedule. Ali is also a licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor. |

Amit Gupta, a principal partner of ICR-SAGA, has an educational background in business management and prior experience as a Management Consultant for a government contractor on sustainable growth and grass roots projects. Amit's land development and business management experience helped to develop our "community resource-based" model for the Beechwood Community. Beechwood is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Edenton, NC and is one of the first built in a small coastal town setting (www.BeechwoodCommunity.com). Amit continues to focus on delivering the best building experience and value for SAGA's clients, and as a result, SAGA Construction continues to improve all aspects of the building process.
