After serving four years in the U.S. Navy, Ali Amini relocated to the Outer Banks to become a principal partner with ICR-SAGA. Here he uses his work experience, discipline and organization skills to oversee our Outer Banks construction projects. His primary objectives are accurate job estimates, strict budgetary controls and effective job scheduling. Our clients benefit from a three-tier management structure to ensure high quality homes with a timely home delivery schedule. Ali is also a licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor. |

Jennifer Bortnick brings over 25 years of construction and management experience. She was among the first woman to obtain a degree in Construction Technology, and has since managed and built-out over 400 Single Family homes, multi-family homes and several planned community developments. At SAGA she utilizes her vast experiences in budgeting, quality control and project administration, combined with project management skills to oversee SAGA construction operations. She also works closely with clients for selections of products, weekly progress reports and pictures, and post-construction relationship and inspections. |

A builder, designer and draftsman, Mike Willis serves as a Construction Superintendent for SAGA Construction. He has personally designed and constructed hundreds of homes in communities of the Outer Banks. His extensive drafting background allows Mike to work “hands on” with our clients to design homes with functional floor plans that meet strict county and state coastal building regulations. Proficient in every aspect of the building process, Mike oversees his building projects to ensure timely deadlines and to ensure quality control standards are met.

Prior to joining SAGA Construction, Stan Clough owned and managed a home building business on the Outer Banks, constructing 43 custom and speculative homes. With over 35 years of experience and overseeing the construction of over 100 homes, Stan’s increasing interest in energy efficiency, led him to research the requirements necessary to build four “Energy Star” rated houses. Stan served on the Board of Directors of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association for 7 years, serving as the president of the Association in 2004. He also has been an appointed member of the Planning Board for the town of Kill Devil Hills since 2006. |
